With a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership and a reputation for equipping others with tools rooted in clarity, character, and confidence, Dr. Brown is a recognized authority on leadership development. Her acclaimed C.O.D.E. coaching model emphasizes self-awareness, identity, and transformational growth, and has been featured at international conferences and embraced by leaders across sectors.

Dr. Brown is also a certified coach, Christian leadership teacher, and host of The Leaders Coach Podcast.
